Thank you for your interest in renting my apartment. My name is Janette. Sorry for the late reply but I work all day because I'm involved in a large project from Rossmann Clinics & Pharmacy and I just moved to Spain.
The apartment address is 142 The Esplanade, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217 and is available to move in starting with 20th December.
The total cost to move in is A$3,620 - which includes the A$1,620 rental fee for the first 4 weeks (A$405 per week) and the A$3,000 bond (security deposit refunded at the end of lease).
All additional costs for bills and services such as heating, electricity, gas , water, garbage, internet, cable TV and parking are included in the price.
All required amenities are completely furnished in the flat (exactly like in the pics). Refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer are all present. There is a parking space and a storage facility where you can store my furniture if you want to use your own. This is not a shared space; the rent applies to the entire property. Pets are welcome.
As I am living in Spain already, we can do the deal through Booking and they will handle the whole rental process. I want to assure you that I am committed to making this process as smooth and secure as possible for both of us.
I am a thorough and quiet person, therefore I am looking for a serious, responsible person who will take care of the house, keep it tidy and treat it as his own. I would like to know how many people you intend to share the apartment with and for how long. Could you please provide me some details about yourself, such as your age, occupation, lifestyle, etc.?
