You'll note that they also don't advertise offers of tender on B2B sites, the list of contractors registered to bid on Ghana Government contracts are all Ghana companies. Any tendering from Ghana, Benin, Cameroon, Togo, Nigeria etc.., offered to foreign companies are usually nothing more than advance fee frauds. They stopped trying to use real domains (guess all the good ones shut down) but still email realistic looking letterhead (I will try to enclose). Now they have stamps that look a great deal like the real ones including the State logo of Ghana.
