The Scam:

* Shopper visits a website advertising NFL/NHL/MLB/ jerseys for $20/each
* Shopper clicks on a chat dialog through "53KF.com"
* Shopper meets with a customer service representative and places an order
* Shopper is given several options to make a purchase
* Shopper cannot make this purchase with a major credit card (MC/VISA)
* Shopper may alternatively pay via paypal by sending funds via 3rd party
* Shopper can/may send funds via Paypal to: kangjianb89@hotmail.com
* Shopper requests update on items and told the tracking number is unavailable
* Shopper is surprised that item does not arrive for over the period of a month
**Shopper may not be able to access the website or 53KF.com chat dialog**

Does this sound accurate?
