SHIPPING PROCESS
We currently utilize DHL as our primary shipping providers for transporting Gold dust, Fresh Ginger, Garlic, Onions, Wood, Hardwood charcoal, soyabeans, Cashew Nuts, Ceramic Tiles, Betlemen, Rice, Cement, Vegetable oil, Flour from mainly West Africa to our refinery partner DHL Express Cargo . The requirement is that the material must be Alluvial Gold / Diamond. If it is not classified as Alluvial Gold / Diamond they will not provide the shipping services.
FedEx currently has a 30 kilogram weight limit per package.
We recommend that you insure for guaranteed arrival and accept the highest insurance coverage available. You may also get insurance from other insurance sources if needed.
New buyrs/suppliers must send to our refinery for contract /award and approval 300 - 500 grams of Gold Dust or Gold Bars. Once we have completed our preliminary assay analysis in good order, a contract for supply is approved and awarded for larger quantities of 1000 kilograms or more per shipment.
