PLC & LTD are totally different company types and a company would never mix up the terms - ever! You are either a PLC or a LTD, not both.

There is no such company "Beta Finance" (either Ltd or Plc) registered with Companies House in London.

A UK company would be using email addresses from their own domain name, not free webmail accounts with a Mongolia suffix.
