AchinaSeller scammers

Two months ago I bought a phone from this store, after paying with Paypal ($ 318.24), They said that they don´t have in my version but soon would have it, so i must wait. So I have had two months, I've said many times that or send it to me in English or return my money, they only said by mail " jack@achinaseller.com mail is " " I send you These Days" but anything, no phone or money, only thing left is to protest by social networks.
Care WITH PAYPAL Also, wash their hands because they say it's been more than 45 to get started or intercede in an argument with the store, they don´t worry that AchinaSeller be scammers.
This is laughable and I turn to get in touch with AchinaSeller and tell me that they are offended for telling the truth in the forum, until I publicly apologize they don´t return the talks. i wonder him what happens if I apologize, and the same thing " send me the phone", but no date neither money.
I lost my money ($ 318.24), but I hope this sets an example for others who are thinking of buying in this shop.
If someone have a doubt, I can send him the documentation of all mails in private or ask to jack@achinaseller.com
Thanks

Achinaseller scammers

Always pay with paypal and never let it go past the 45days EVER, it is not worth the risk of losing your money to someone that maybe trying a scam.

i ordered sophone v3 from this achinaseller and it did not do what they claimed it did, not 3G, i could not use my simcard to log onto the internet, there was not application for this, the phone looked good and that was it. Basic phone and MP3 player. And the funny thing is, since i formally complained about this phone, to Paypal, i cannot seem to find the achinaseller website, it has disappeared. So they have probably set up under another name.

i also ordered a USB modem from DHgate and they told me it was sent and then i received an email after that saying that they didnt have my model and wanted to send another brand. I was straight onto paypal and got money back straight away. They stall for time and you cannot wait or you could be sorry.

Also people have to be aware that in a lot of countries it is against the law to send a lithium battery out of their country, like it was for mine, so our normal postal service would not accept it, they xray at airport and send back to you, and you risk being charged as it is listed as "dangerous goods".

A lot of the imitation iphones have a built in battery and are welded in, sellers do not want you to remove them.

I tried to find a courier and only one would accept it and they wanted $164 to send it to china, absolutely ridiculous.

Anyway they got the phone back but with no battery.

Make sure it is exactly what you want before you buy so you dont have the trouble i did, do heaps of research on the company to make sure they tell you the truth.

Exclamation achinaseller scam

Yup, me too! They promised the phone in white and asked for "pre-order" payment...I paid US$300 21/06/11 and then I got a reply saying the phone wasn't available in white, I would have to wait 2 weeks. Those 2 week promises kept coming until I asked for a refund, which then turned into another month of replies "waiting for factory notice"

These guy's are complete scammers. I have since been sent 3 fake tracking numbers saying the phone has been posted and still no phone in Jan 2012. It's just a game to them and they genuinely find it funny!

Simple - Don't use them or EXPECT to lose your money.

For the record, the scammers of achinaseller.com have posted several fake testimonials in this forum, which have been deleted. Future shills will also be deleted.

To make it absolutely clear... achinaseller.com is a FRAUD!
