Dear Sirs,
We are a whole sale company in Holland and we have received an inquiry from Benin. We hav made an offer and we are asked to send a profoma Invoice and an invitation so that the director can come to inspect the goods and make payment in our Dutch Office. This does not make any sence since the value of the requested products is so low.

Any idea If this could be a scam?

You are right to doubt unregistered, as you are in contact with a scammer using quite a few multiple personalities and already listed here with his phone number that is the same as your contact phone;
