I'm afraid that I cannot tell you more than is in this thread Monika C. There appears to be no update confirming a refund as of yet and I too, have been waiting to see Embroidedworkwear reply to the rest of the complaints that have come in....to no avail until now. I'm sorry.

EmbroidedWorkwear,
You have made public promises here to fulfill your obligations towards your clients and disappear once again!! Monika C has been holding on to her seat now since you told her to. How long exactly do you need in order to answer her?

That was May 22nd, EmbroidedWorkwear! Will you tell us that you haven't been able to find out with this other staff member what the problem is with Monika C's order?

Hi Monica C,
Yes I can now confirm after an ongoing battle since January I now have a full refund from embroidedworkwear.co.uk
I know you have been waiting for an update from Oliver and have been left holding on to your seat for several days now, I was hoping my refund was a sign that they were taking customer satisfaction more seriously and looking to put things right.
However on reading Oliver's reply stating another member of staff was dealing with it I'm not so sure. After it being customary for Oliver to deal with everything and as the owner I think Oliver should be dealing with this and giving you an update ASAP.
The other member of staff dealing with the enquiry is not the one commenting on this site and since the question originated here it should be answered here so we can all see if they genuinely are trying to improve their customer service skills or not.

@embroidedworkwear, I have now received the 2nd refund and confirm you have now refunded the entire order value.
As you would expect from someone who has been messed around waiting 4 months for an order, then the wrong sizes, lies, blocked emails and underhand tactics used by yourself you may well expect me to tell you exactly what I think at this point and most would not blame me.
However that would be selfish and I must credit you for issuing a refund, I only wish it could have been resolved back in January when you realised there was a problem and it was obviously your fault but perhaps there could be a lesson learnt from that.
FYI I don't even feel happy about getting a refund, It's went on that long I'm not sure how I feel about it any more. The only good thing I can take from this is that if you issued me with a refund you might just be starting to take things seriously and trying to resolve some of the other issues you have.
There are others on here waiting for answers so I guess now we will see if you are genuinely looking to resolve issues and deal with complaints in an acceptable and professional manner or if this is just a stunt to make you look a bit better and buy extra time.

Don't kid yourself on this. The only reason you are getting action (such as it is) is because this is a public forum and we collectively bring their 'business' under scrutiny. The tactic is to shut people up that moan, and screw people that do not.
Keep complaining to Trading Standards and BBC Watchdog people... it is the best option regardless of ANY other consideration IMO.

Monika C,
I understand that you ordered these items over 3 months ago, but am unsure about the dispatch date that you indicate. Was that the promised dispatch date, or one given to you by EmbroidedWorkwear claiming to have sent out your order?

Not a problem Monika C, I just made the correction to your posting.
I now assume that EmbroidedWorkwear are the ones who advised you that your order was going out on May 9th?

Thank you for these details Monika C.
EmbroidedWorkwear,
What is so complicated so as to explain why you're stalling for time in replying to Monika C's query?
Where is her order?

Well Monika C, that does seem to be a question that isn't easily answered. In this post, EmbroidedWorkwear states they now have 2 addresses listed on their website. Here is what the website says;
http://www.embroidedworkwear.co.uk/acatalog/info.html
Quote:
Our details.

PO Box 6945

|
The registered office address belongs to this legitimate site, which appears to specialize in providing registration services to small businesses.
If we go by their VAT details, it still shows this address;
Quote:

Name OLIVER SLINGSBY !! EMBROIDED WORKWEAR

|
At this point, I'm hoping that Watchdog, TS or the police will be able to shed some light on EmbroidedWorkwear's whereabouts. I wish we could be of more help.

What's the next step?
I have reported them to TS and BBC watchdog so far.
Should I go to the police and report them there?
Let me know, please.
Thank you
