Hi Frazer, I can assure you the refund has been processed, if you don't mind the amount being published here I can take a screen shot of our systems to show this and publish that here if you wish?

If you would like to forward us the police case number ill happily give them a call tomorrow to fill in any blanks they have.

Kindest Regards

1. Correct, well almost, you can have one open ticket per email address, once its closed then another can be opened on the same or a different subject.

2. Not so, we do reply to all text messages however some do get lost along the way, if you don't get a reply within a day or two feel free to resend this.
You may wish to use (or learn how to) SMS delivery reports so you can see exactly when we receive your texts.

Kindest Regards
Embroided Workwear

Hi Monika, we've found your order but this is locked by another member of staff, this usually happens when they're working on it or are in your account for some reason.

Ill check round tomorrow when everyone gets in and get them to let you know whats happening via a reply to your open ticket

Sorry I couldn't sort this for you right now

Kind Regards

**This "buyer" is so legit that it needs to hide behind a confirmed proxy server to post here.

I cant believe some of these posts as we have used there people for years now and never had a problem except for the slow delivery but they hardly hide that lol

Nope, I would like to be the exception on here and thank embroidered workwear for their service we have received so far as it far outranks our previous supplier and theyre cheaper too, sorry if some of you are facing problems but contact them properly like adults before coming on here spitting your dummys out.

Found this link by chance as im on my way to order some more stuff after the email i just received about them lowering their free delivery amount.

:thumb up:

Ok then waiting until tomorrow.

Just to clarify I can not understand the way you are working.
You are loosing clients and your reputation. Can not believe that you didn't find time from 9th of May to inform me what is happening with my order.
Anyway it's your business I wanted to get my stuff.

thanks.

Dear Natty

If you are happy with your order very good for you.
Please do not comment on others problems, as it is obvious that people do get them as you can see. No one is here for fun I'm sure all of us have more interesting things to do than worrying about their money and where is my order.

I have contacted them like "adult" and believe it or not I didn't get any reply and for me £200 that's a lot. So mind your own business please as I'm not interested in yours. Thank you.

I wouldn't worry too much about "Natty" Monika C, she appears as legit as some of the scammers who have come on here to do the same.

Just to update everyone, after Oliver's recent appearance it looks like embroidedworkwear are finally taking notice and I have received an email this morning stating they have now issued a full refund.

I will confirm this when the money reaches my account!

Hi,

At the moment I'm waiting as Oliver (the owner of embroidered ....) decided to reply to people who complain, not sure for how long. I should get reply today and nothing, so waiting patiently and if I will hear no news then will follow advice people as above: report everywhere possible, facebook and so .

This is my suggestion. Good luck.

Monika C,

Your first step is to read through Shuecraft's excellent advice here. Your trading standards office is the most important in this case.

Exclamation Not at all a happy bunny

Order Number: CH55SG00000329
Order Date: 27 January 2012 12:46 GMT, 27TH JANUARY!!!!

Order total: £2049.65, including Shipping (Fastest - Estimated 3-14 Working Days): £15.99.

Now got this:

Dear <removed>,

INTAClean Services Ltd

We are processing your last 3 items (1 x Polo Shirt & 2 x Tabards) and these will leave us today via hermes courier service.

Back orders can take a while sometimes and we are dependant on our suppliers stock reorder levels etc.

As a thank you for your patience we have included a £75 discount voucher towards your next order of over £500

Voucher Code: QVPWEEBKSH
Please note this is a one time use voucher.

Sincerely,
Embroided Workwear

The original order far from being delivered at the fastest pace of 3-14 working days. Actually delivered (first bit of order) March 1st.
2 weeks later, I got a bit more of the delivery, now it appaears I will finally get the rest of the delivery by next week.....Probably taking us into June...6 months, not quite the 3-14 days as stated.
The size "large" or 14 in a womans is actually a size 10 in reality. The tabbards on 6 of them, the pres stud fastenings have the same female side on both sides so can't be closed. The sweat shirts, I ordered 6 mens small, got ALL large. I noticed some embroidery looked not quite finished so got some scisors to cut the piece of cotton off, pulled cotton to cut it close , it totally unravelled before I cut it!
soft shell jacket (not cheap) the zip on one hasn't been sewn into the jacket!!!

Polo shirts, staff have returned them after one was, they have "snagged" the weaving has come away to leave holes. or the seams have come apart at the sides.
NEVER EVER EVER will I ever use this comapny again. What an absolute Joke!

Exclamation Today is the day!

I have followed advice other people and today is the day I have reported Embroided Workwear to Trading standards and will follow their advice. Also in a minute I'm going to BBC watchdog !. I hope they will get a huge fine for what they are doing.

I'm looking forward to get full refund or will seek legal advice on this matter. To make an online claim cost £10.00 so not that much, I will spend some time and effort but at least you will get fine and a court order to stop trading.

CalHansard,

What have you done to resolve those discrepancies with EmbroidedWorkwear?

what I've done.

I must admit that I should do as you are all doing, and get in contact with trading Standards and watchdog, but I haven't, I will never use the company again now that I know what they are like. I will take my business elsewhere, and it will be their loss as I buy uniforms on a regular basis.
I have read on here about others trying and trying to get some satisfaction, but to no avail, I do not have the strength to be in a constant battle with someone who obviously doesn't care. My health is not the best, and were I to get into a fight with them, the stress would not do me any good. So i will let others know via this forum that this is not a good company to do business with, and leave it to you young healthy ones to go into battle. Good luck, I wish you all the best.

Cal Hansard,

You are unfortunately doing exactly as wished by letting go and this is how so many get away with it.

While I understand that the process the others are undergoing may be too much, I believe that simply filing your complaint with Trading standards would go a long way. That is the most important step and not doing anything about it is allowing for this to go on with other unsuspecting clients.

What I did mean by my question Cal Hansard, was to know if you had been in contact directly with Embroidedworkwear with regards to the discrepancies in your order?
