hi there i dont know if the owner of Embroided Workwear is still on here but all i can say is
WHERE IS MY ORDER????????
we have been very concerned since you had an address for some where in Truro which when we contacted the companies on that estate they have never heard of you !!!
then you changed it to Coventry which they have never heard of you either now you have also put an address in london which guess what they dont know you either!!!!!
What is going on ???? we have spoke to Trading standards, the Police and even Companies House which i think they will be intresed in your VAT number since you have now put that on there !
You also said further back in this forum that you reply to any corrospondance within 5-10 minutes ?! well we have been waiting nearly 4 and a half months still with no reply
we only ordered the stuff for a rescue that we help and since we have not heard anything from you we have had to go else where so i would like a full refund !!!!!!
we also have a crime number so it will be investigated !!!!!!

^^ Good. It's about time we got some feedback from someone prepared to stand up against this rogue trader. Keep pushing. You may never get your goods or money back, but if these scum end up in jail I'll be more than happy.
For the benefit of others, here is my previously posted advice of what ALL customers of this ROGUE TRADER should be doing.
Don't let these *&^%ers walk all over you.

These fools will change their tune once the complaints start coming in from a government body that can actually start issuing fines against them in the courts.
Crappy service, dodgy refunds and a blatantly anti-customer attitude won't wash in the UK, it is totally disgusting. There is no excuse for they have done, they are refusing to adhere to UK consumer rights and giving you the finger in the process.
Stick it to 'em, hard.
I personally would never shop with these clowns even if my life depended on it. They are not worth a single pound.
Additional piece of advice too. Contact BBC's Watchdog programme too. You can write to them. Maybe they will end up on Rogue Traders for good measure.
BBC Watchdog info is here:- http://www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog/gotastory/

He is or should that be was using this mobile number 07581020987 but it is only accepting text messages that he appears to have just one reply to. The coventry address is in a large office block, but number 4 does not exist as we had a rescue colleague actually go there the other day. Oliver you are a scammer & a fraud. I am going to do as I said I was & now start a facebook group warning all about you. The police know about you, Trading Standards know about you, Consumers Direct know about you & so will the tax man on Monday morning. Our order for rescue polo shirts may not have been much to you, but to the rescue it was a lot of money to have stolen, yes stolen. I will not let you get away with this, that I will promise you.
You will not get another order under the name of Embroidered Workwear!

Hi Dodobird, Yes I did go ahead with Shoecraft's advice and encourage anyone else having problems with embroidedworkwear to do the same.
Just to make it clear for everyone this is no normal case of complain enough and the company will resolve the issue. No matter how good you are at complaining and stating your case you will not get anywhere with them.
Why? Because embroidedworkwear don't care for their customers and show a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. They will come out with every excuse under the sun and quote small print, size guides and dubious time scales or just lie through their teeth without giving it a second thought.
Even more frustrating than any of the above unprofessional behaviour is the fact that if like myself it actually looks like you have a valid case and Oliver has run out of fobs, lies and excuses he simply stops all communication with you and in my case blocked my email address and put it on some blacklist.
These are not the actions of a professional company and if you believe you will win your case with them just because you are in the right then you are sadly mistaken as that only happens with companies who care about their reputation.
We all need to be talking to Trading Standards and following the link Shoecraft posted to Watchdog - Strength in numbers and formal action is the only way forward with this one!
There are enough of us so lets make our voices heard.

Hi everyone,
I would like to assure you all we are not a scam company and can personally guarantee all your orders are being dispatched but due to a number of factors including heavy workloads the despatch timescales are being pushed to their limits at the moment.
We are on the hunt for extra staff to assist with the current situation and hope to have this fully resolved and normal timescales to resume as soon as we possibly can.
If your order has reached or passed its despatch deadline do please let us know via our normal help channels and your preference to cancel the order or not, we will happily refund anyone who is over their dispatch deadline.
We will soon be relaunching telephone support as this is obviously needed despite 96% of our customers not calling us when we did have this method
Until we are able to bring you full telephone support please do feel free to submit us a support ticket via http://www.embroidedworkwear.co.uk/help/ or send us a text to 07581020987 (soon to change - in beta so check back before you send).
We are a small family ran business with no intentions to scam anyone so do get in touch if you have received anything less than perfection from ourselves.
FYI, we have two addresses now both listed on our website, one is a mailing address and the other our registered office address.
If you do prefer to send us a letter please use the correct mailing address as sending to the office will still get to the right people but will take extra time.
Anything our customer service can't help you wish please feel free to PM me on here.
Regards
Oliver

Hello Mr Frazer, as we have already said we do NOT hold credit/debit card information ourselves and comply with all PCI DSS Compliances.
https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org...ity_standards/
As agreed your refund has now been issued and you have the refund authorisation number, general UK banking refunds vary from bank to bank however this general guide should help
