I myself become the victim of Preferred Personnel of Canada. I paid $800.00 and the said placement agency have changed the owner though the latest transition. In the contract it is stated that, "What services do they promise to provide or guarantee? We guarantee employment or your money back ( less a $250.00) The statement does not state that the payment is valid only for 2 years and they would only mention the application fees expire when applicant start to ask for a refund?????They never send notices to each applicant or any warning their application would expire which a very unscrupulous business practices.

I do hope many Caregiver include underboard Nurses not to apply or pay their fees in bank draft in preferred personnel of canada they cannot be trusted, as they would likely scam each applicant and it would be too late they gt applicant money without refund. The preferred personnel of Canada pretend to be a reputable placement agency but the truth they are created to scam innocent applicants. Beware of Preferred Personnel of Canada and never apply on them they would scam you and you would wait for promises with no job and steal your money!!!!

If you have a complaint you can file with the Better Business Bureau who will then try to resolve it since they are an accredited member, It doesn't cost anything and can be done online.

I have received an employment contract stating my acceptance for the position of FISH PACKER in VILLAGE FARM AND SEA FOOD INC. 1551 Weston road, toronto ON M6M 4Y4 on 20th May, 2011.

I met a person who introduced himself as a recruiter for the said company in Canada. He has given this contract to some more people as well. All of us are from PUNJAB. I have gone through a medical as well.

The contract states that the joining date is 21 sep, 2011 and I have deposited all my documents with that person.

I was looking for the company details and found out this assisting site where I read a lot about the scams on this company's name.

Could you please assist me urgently that is it a scam and proof of the same so that I can save myself other people as well. Its not only matter of money but matter of future and career too.

I will be highly obliged.

The proof is that there is NO job, just a bunch of fees for you to pay to these criminals. We can't give you more than that.

Hello Isa,

This is a next of kin scam. First, it is illegal for you to step in as next of kin when it's not true, but this isn't the point. This scammer wants you to believe that you will get a great amount of money and he will invent fees that need to be paid by you in the hope of receiving this inheritance that doesn't exist.

few weeks back one of the job placement consultancy in thane, india have advertised about the job opening in royal york hotel in canada, and the salary offered for the same hotel is 3000$ canadian dollars,
as per the representative he is sure about the opening thus he has personal contact with one of official from the canadian embassy or so( related to immigration officials) well i doubt about the credibility of those consultantcy, i would require your help about the same matter whether or not those kinds of recruitment is happening.

Any job recruiter that claims to have a special connection with Canadian embassy or immigration official in order to speed up your visa application is a scam - an advance fee fraud.

If you want a more precise answer, you'll have to provide more precise details such as this recruiter's website, email, phone number etc..,
