Avant d'envoyer le fameux formulaire, j'ai appelé le numéro mentionné et ai eu Mr Felix Zama au telephone, je lui ai demandé si c'était une plaisanterie, et s'il allait me réclamer de l'argent, il m'a certifié que non. Je dois remplir et envoyer le formulaire...

J'aimerais voir jusqu'ou tout ca va mener, mais quels recours avons nous ???
Le site existe bien, les numéros sont bien indiqués, le gars répond au téléphone...

Votre email indiquait provenir de euromillions@euromillions.org mais il s'agit d'une astuce (spoofed). L'adresse qu'il vous donne pour les contacter n'est pas du serveur euromillions.org comme elle devrait être, mais felixzama1@aim.com , aim.com étant un service de messagerie gratuit et anonyme.

Le numéro 27- 835852071 est un Mobile en Afrique du Sud donc www.euromillions.org existe bien mais n'a rien a voir avec cette arnaque.

www.euromillions.org est une entreprise privée au UK du nom de "Take That Ltd" qui est légitime, mais étant privé n'ÃÂ* aucune responsabilité vis-ÃÂ*-vis la loterie Euromillions malgré le nom de leur site que certain jugerait déceptif.
En fait, "Take That Ltd" appartient également:

Donc les fraudeurs mentionnent un site légitime ainsi que de véritable numéros gagnants que vous pouvez vérifier sur ce site. Mais avec un téléphone mobile, une adresse email gratuit donc est anonyme.
Cette requête que vous gardiez le tout confidentiel est très courante dans ce genre de fraude car ils ne veulent pas que la victime en parle ÃÂ* leurs proches qui pourraient alors les alerter de l'arnaque.

Vous pourriez si vous le désirer, afficher ce email sur le site anti-fraude d'Afrique du Sud www.419legal.org qui s'intéresse aux fraudeurs sur leurs territoire. Ce site a été construit originairement par un membre de l'escouade des crimes financiers de la police de Johannesburg, et si il y a quelqu'un qui pourrait nuire ÃÂ* ce fraudeur, ce sont eux.

Puisque je reussis ÃÂ* avoir le gars au téléphone, il n'y aucun moyen de le 'chopper' ?

Je ne suis pas familier avec l'expression 'chopper' ? mais il est sur un mobile. Ce serait très difficile de retracer un mobile qui a été enregistré avec de faux détails via Internet. Les policiers se concentre plutôt sur les crimes violents et n'ont pas les ressources nécessaire pour entreprendre de telle enquêtes, surtout que l'estimé est d'environs 300,000 fraudeurs.

Ceci ne veut pas dire qu'il n'y a pas d'arrestations, seulement que les techniques utilisé sont plus conventionnelles tel que les raids dans les cyber de Nigeria.

Maintenant, si seulement la Côte-d'Ivoire, le Bénin et le Cameroun pouvaient développé son propre EFCC.
