You cannot get a loan from an unsolicited email, they are all scams. Even if this is the result of an advert on a free ad site like Craigslist, it is still a scam.

You would be asked to pay an 'insurance premium' for the loan, which is actually illegal in most countries of the world.

Next, the email does not give any address location for this bogus company, yet another indicator.

Look at the email address and how they have made the .MN part of the company name. This is a trick because mail.mn is a MONGOLIAN email provider (probably free too, but I don't speak Mongolian).

Do not entertain any offers of loans on the internet that are not reputable and well-known companies. Anyone else is a scammer and a fraud.
