To be able to report the scam to the police, you would have to hire a lawyer in China or travel there yourself. If your brother does live there, maybe he can see about the possibility of this scam being reported by him in your favor.

Hi everybody!
We carry on negotiations with Yurak International Trading Co., Ltd ( www.yurak.com.tw) to buy their production. I found only one negative reference about ( http://community.ec21.com/forum/view...?topic_id=4962) and still don't know should we go on with this company or not. Considering they are more then 17 years on maket and only one negative opinion.... It happens.
Would be very greatfull for valuable and grounded advice. |

Only a proper due diligence will tell you whether you should proceed or not and that's something we can't do here.
One complaint in five years is not a lot. I don't know about 17 years in business but their domain (web site) was created 5 years ago which is still quite a long time, scam sites don't usually last more than a few months. |

By all appearance it's legitimate. The domain has been registered since 2007 and payment is to a business account, neither of which are indicative of a scam site. That's not a recommendation however or reflection on their product or service since we have no way to evaluate that.
