Attention: Beneficiary,

I am Mr. Kenneth Thomas, newly appointed national security adviser to the Unit Nation Owed Debts Payment Recovery Commission Representative.

This is to inform you about my plan to send fund to you via cash delivery. I will be sending you contract part payment of (US $12.000000.00) Twelve Million dollars to you via diplomatic courier service. I intend to remit
