Question Pepsi Foundation Cash Aid

I received the attached file from Dr.Philips R. Adie [mailto:drphilipsadie@yahoo.com] and signed by Rev.Lynn A. Tyson. I cannot find that particular topic listed under the scams. Can somebody confirm to me that it is in fact a scam. I do not want to give out my particulars to strangers as is requested on the form they ask me to complete.

Scam. Absolutely no doubt about it. A lottery scam in effect, and you'll be asked to pay fees before they can send you your prize/cash aid.
