Looks like your average counterfeiter or non-delivery scammer. At BEST it's a counterfeiter, because you can't buy real Nike brand shoes direct from China. Not legally.

They only accept unsafe payment methods favored by scammers (Western Union might as well be a cash drop down a dark alleyway for someone you're never going to see) and Paypal, which isn't guaranteed outside Ebay.

And maybe this is coincidental, but I couldn't get the site to load twice in a row. It suddenly became non-responsive

If you have a problem with a Chinese seller, unless they happen to be very, very honest, your options are pretty much 1) lose money on the order and complain and 2) lose money on the order and don't complain. Even honest sellers won't pay the extremely high return shipping if you make a mistake on your order or receive unsatisfactory goods.
