I was ALMOST taken in BUT my timing was good for a change. I had went back and forth with this woman about the fact that I wasn't comfortable using Western Union and MoneyGram and that I wanted to use Paypal - I even explained how to use it or sign up. She came back with the fact that they didn't use paypal where she is and not to worry about the money. She told me she trusted me and knew I trusted her. I told her that I would be okay with knocking out the middle man and would pay the airport directly to help speed up the process. She seemed okay with that and here is what saved me - I was gone at the time the "airport" called me - my son told them I would call them back but didn't get the callback info - he gave me the caller id number from our phone - 237-620-1755 - he called my cell phone and gave me the number - I called and no such number existed - then the woman who e-mailed me told me the info I needed and no such # existed - I looked on the internet to see if I could get the right number for the airline - guess what the name of the airline is "cameroun_pet_airlines@airportemail.com"- when I looked it up on the internet I found you!!! Thank you - I am very sad about the whole situation and can't imagine using the tactics these people seem to use. I am going to post all of my dealings with this woman to help anyone else I can - I had misgivings and suspicions for many reasons - first of which was her email address

Healthy suspicion - then the Western Union thing - then she was testing me by saying she would call me and then didn't all day - then said she wanted to see how many times I would email her - I asked for specific information about the dog - how old - how big - why she was giving her up - pics of her - and she never gave me any of the info or pics. I have bought 2 dogs over the internet and neither of them could be sent to the Portland, ME airport and now all of a sudden this one could. The other thing that bothered me consistently was her language - like she wasn't American - or from this country - no mention of missionaries or such but she used her daughter as an excuse for getting rid of the dog - too attached - her grades were going down. The list goes on. By the way I wanted all of you to know that there are a lot of viable sellers out there - just go to puppyfind.com or nextdaypets.com and USE PAYPAL!!! It protects your interests and makes you less vulnerable and there are good deals to be had - just look hard and be patient - there are dogs that include shipping for $450 and there are a lot to choose from and just the right one for you IS out there - you just have to look!! that we can go so if you are going to be checking on flights for her, can you
see if any flights land in Portland, Maine and if not then try Manchester,
New Hampshire - and if neither of those 2 are on the flight's landing areas
then we can pick her up at Logan Airport in Boston, Massachusetts. How do

if you decide that we are the right home for Jordan after talking to me,
then I was hoping that we could find a way for me to send you a payment
through paypal - if you haven't dealt with paypal before it is very easy -
all I need from you is your e-mail address to send the payment to you. I
have never dealt with Western Union or Money gram before and I have been
told that it is not as safe as paypal. If you want to check out paypal
first before answering, that is fine. It is free - it doesn't cost you
anything. ( It is super easy if you do online banking with your checking
or savings account.- but if you DON"T do online banking it is still possible
to use paypal. If not it will only take a day or two to verify your bank
account info without online banking. This way we are both keeping our
banking info and personal information safe and avoiding any risk

I have tried to call the numbers that you gave me for the airport but the numbers do not exist - I also tried to call the number that showed up on my caller id when they called and that number does not exist either. I got onto the internet to try to search for the Cameroun Pet Airlines and the links that showed up were for warnings that this is a scam and that no one should trust this supposed airline. The area code for the scammers is the same exact one you gave me. This area code 237 does not exist. I am not sure what is going on but I would like your contact information so that we can talk about Jordan and how we are going to proceed. Frustrated.
I have not heard any response from her SOOO FAR - who wants to bet that Valencia Milton has taken off for greener pastures?!!
