Help I got took
I have read (but to late) that Rappale, Inc. out of Canada is a fraud. I need help to try and get my money back. I have contacted IC3, the BBB.
They took me for $270.00
I would appreciated any help

How do you traqck them to a new address or URL? I would like to put them under. I have sent them a message that I will expose them on YOU TUBE and and forwarding emails, but after reading your post I see they keep changing

I'm sorry to here that you had your money stolen.
Without more information, it is difficult to be sure. But the chances are that the scammer is probably NOT in Canada, so there really is no way to recover your money.

Unfortunately, if you paid by Western Union or Moneygram, even if the scammers ARE in Canada, there is no chance of getting the money back. Both of those services are essentially cash, and even less traceable than mailing cash to someone. A person can go pick that up in any office, with no/unverified ID, with a fake name and address, with few restrictions.
You can definitely lodge a criminal complaint, but for $270 taken in a non-violent crime that may cross jurisdictions, you're not likely to get much interest from authorities.
