Terms of Use Agreement
FreeLotto is an advertising sponsored free lottery game. Chances of winning are substantially better for the player than any similar online game. You can win over $11 Million in daily prizes in return for which you are only asked to view advertising on our website and by email. All email messages you will receive will be sent only by FreeLotto. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE AND CONSIDER SPONSORED ADVERTISING MESSAGES FROM FREELOTTO, PLEASE DO NOT JOIN FREELOTTO OR ANY OTHER SITE OWNED AND OPERATED BY PLASMANET. It is after all advertising that makes FreeLotto possible and our advertisers appreciate your patronage.

Much as television is free because advertising by commercial sponsors pays the cost, FreeLotto is FREE because our advertisers absorb the prize costs and business expense required to make this winning opportunity available to you.

You will receive different types of email from FreeLotto. You may unsubscribe to any sponsor message by clicking the unsubscribe link in that sponsored email. Furthermore, you may unsubscribe from all messages from FreeLotto simply by logging in to the edit player profile section and follow the easy unsubscribe instructions.

The games provided by FreeLotto are subject to additional terms and conditions, as detailed in the rules and privacy policy section of our websites and contained herein. Should you have any questions about the information contained herein, please contact termsofuse@freelotto.com before registering for FreeLotto or providing any information to PlasmaNet Inc.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States of America and the parties agree to the exclusive New York State jurisdiction regarding any dispute arising from this agreement.

OFFICIAL RULES OF FREELOTTO

NO PURCHASE OR ONLINE ACCESS FEE NECESSARY TO PLAY

1. HOW TO PLAY:
Register at http://www.freelotto.com. You must provide your first and last name, your e-mail address and your postal address. You may from time to time be required to provide additional information. You are responsible for updating your information should there be a change. You can do so by editing your player profile on our website. You are responsible for claiming any prizes that you may win as further described below. The receipt of emails from FreeLotto is required for your participation in and to claim prizes in FreeLotto games. You will be notified during game play if the email address you submitted will enable you to claim your prizes. If your email address does not meet these requirements, you will be given an opportunity to submit an alternate email address. Some internet service providers such as Yahoo and Hotmail.com provide free e-mail services. Some companies provide free internet access and may also be available at your public library.

Each day a certain number of ads or questions will be posted at the game site that will remain on the site all or part of that day. To submit your entries for the daily contests, choose your numbers for each of the FreeLotto® games you are eligible to enter each day and choose a sponsor to visit by clicking on its banner ad, or answer a multiple choice question. You may submit one entry for each game available to you on a given day. You may also increase the number of banner ads available to you by answering questions regarding your buying preferences. Your answers will determine if some advertisers who seek to selectively advertise their products will display their ads to you. (Example: if you indicate an interest in fishing, fishing related ads may appear on your FreeLotto® game page). You may enter once from each ad or question but you are limited to one entry per FreeLotto game per day.)

2. Players have the opportunity to play the 6 consecutive FreeLotto® games each day. (The FreeLotto® game sequence consists of 6 games which must be played in consecutive order). Players must play each game they are offered in succession to be eligible to play the subsequent game and must enter all of the first 5 games they are offered to be eligible to play FreeLotto SuperBucks. The 5 games that follow Classic FreeLotto® are FreeLotto Win A Car, FreeLotto Pay Off your Mortgage, FreeLotto FastCash, FreeLotto $100,000 GiveAway and FreeLotto SuperBucks. From time to time the FreeLotto games may be offered individually or out of sequence. In such instances all other provisions of the FreeLotto Game Rules apply.

3. How to Play FreeLotto Games:
a. Classic FreeLotto
1. To enter the daily Classic FreeLotto® sweepstakes, you will need to pick 6 different numbers between 1 and 54, with no duplicates. This can be done by one of three methods: (a) pick 6 unique numbers; (b) allow the computer to pick the numbers (referred to as a "Quick Pick"); or (c) designate and save 6 numbers as "Favorites" which can be automatically selected instead of selecting unique numbers each time you enter; or (d) click on “Hot Numbers” which allows the computer to pick your numbers based on the most common drawn winning numbers.

Each day, six (6) Classic FreeLotto winning numbers between one 1 and 54 will be selected at random via a random ball drop lottery machine at around 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York Time). These numbers will be matched against all entries received between 3:00:01 PM Eastern Time (New York Time) the previous day and 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York Time) that day. The winning numbers will be posted after the drawing on the FreeLotto® website.

IMPORTANT: The policies below are applicable to FreeLotto® and other sites on the World Wide Web portion of the Internet owned and operated by PlasmaNet, Inc.

PlasmaNet, Inc. collects personally identifying information during contests or sweepstakes registration and this information is used from time to time as you use our website to: pay prize winnings, confirm entries, and selectively show you ads or send you promotions.

Players' e-mail addresses and other personal information are kept in secure databases to protect our players' privacy.

No information should be submitted to or posted at any PlasmaNet websites by guests under 18 years of age. People under 18 years of age are not allowed to participate in FreeLotto® or other sweepstakes offered by PlasmaNet. If such a person wins, his or her entry is void.

All registrants receive e-mail confirming their registration and subsequent entries in FreeLotto® and daily FreeLotto® results with information of interest from FreeLotto®. Additionally, from time to time you may receive other sponsored advertising messages from FreeLotto®.

You may at any time modify your registration with PlasmaNet by editing your profile on our site.

Each email we send you will include a description of the simple unsubscribe process to enable you to stop receiving future e-mail of that type from FreeLotto®. You may unsubscribe from each such email type this way. For example, unsubscribing from a daily FreeLotto® results email will result in you no longer receiving the daily FreeLotto® results by email. You may however continue to receive other types of email which you can unsubscribe from in the same fashion.

If you wish to stop receiving e-mail results from PlasmaNet and FreeLotto.com, you can quickly and easily unsubscribe yourself. To do so open results e-mail, scroll down to the line that reads: "If you'd prefer not to receive the results by e-mail, please click below to unsubscribe." If you play FreeLotto subsequent to unsubscribing from all e-mails, you are giving PlasmaNet Inc. definite permission to resubscribe you to all mail types and your subscription to receiving email results and other promotions will be automatically reinstated. This is necessary because of the substantial amount of money you can win. Your prize notifications are sent via email and it is important to respond to these emails to claim any prizes won. Furthermore, it is the sponsor that makes FreeLotto prizes possible and in order to play our games you must agree to receive our sponsored messages.

If you wish to no longer receive any email from FreeLotto, simply visit the "Edit Player Profile" page of our website and follow the easy instructions.

About IP Addresses
PlasmaNet collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This information is also used in your welcome email to confirm that in fact you have registered for FreeLotto and will be used in the event that you dispute registration. In some cases an IP address is specific to your computer. In other cases an IP address is randomly assigned with a block of IP addresses which are assigned by your ISP (internet service provider) every time you log on.

An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your ISP server. Web servers - the big computers that "serve" up Web pages - automatically identify your ISP by its IP address.

When players request pages from PlasmaNet websites, our servers log and record the players' IP addresses.

Cookies - The PlasmaNet Online Cookies Policy
What are cookies? Cookies are small pieces of information that a Web site transfers to an individual's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies make web-surfing easier for you by saving your registration, passwords, and references while you're at our site. The use of cookies is an industry standard - you'll find them at most major Web sites.

By "looking" for a cookie our server can determine whether or not you have already registered to play. Cookies help our server to know you are playing, so that you don't need to register each time you play.

Cookies also help us to serve you better. Through the use of cookies we can better understand what information interests you, providing more of what you like and want from FreeLotto® and our advertisers.

Some examples of how we use cookies:

A cookie lets our computers remember that you've registered, which allows us to speed up your future activities at our sites. Think of it as a membership card. Similarly, the cookie tracks which of our sponsors you've visited so that we can constantly introduce you to new and interesting sponsors. PlasmaNet may use information we collect through cookies for promotional or marketing purposes. Use of cookies to do the record keeping saves you the trouble of entering information over and over again. If you decline cookies, you may have difficulty playing your selections and adversely impact your FreeLotto® experience. We make our cookies available on an anonymous basis to other advertisers and advertising Networks so that they can serve you ads for products you are interested in. For example if you expressed interest in buying a new car you may receive ads about cars. However, we DO NOT include personally identifiable information with the cookies.

What FreeLotto® cookies don't do:
We DO NOT use cookies to retrieve information from your computer that was not originally provided by you or provided by your browser in a visit to PlasmaNet's web sites.

We do not use cookies to track other sites that you visit on the Internet.

You may get cookies from our advertisers if you visit their websites. PlasmaNet and FreeLotto® do not control these cookies, and these cookies are not subject to the PlasmaNet cookies policy. The use of advertising cookies sent by third-party servers is standard on the Internet. As mentioned above, we share non-personally identifiable information with third party ad serving partners so they may bring you targeted offers. This information can be associated with their cookies but will not include personally identifiable information such as your name or address. You may review our advertisers' privacy policies when visiting their sites. To learn more about third party ad serving and how to opt out from a third party ad server's cookie visit www.privacychoices.org

www.freelotto.com isn't technically a scam, but still very close. You haven't actually won anything, and your chances of winning anything are very small. Any regular lottery would give you better chances.

There are a lot of scams that use the name "free lotto". But this email seems to actually have come from freelotto.com, which is legitimate, in the broadest sense of the word. They send out these spam emails telling people they have won, but they haven't actually won anything. They will not try to scam you out of money like most such emails, they will just use any personal details you send them for marketing purposes.

You can find a lot of information about their bad marketing practices here:

To further clarify, the site is not a completely imaginary lottery that asks for an advance fee in order to claim a non-existent prize, like most of the lottery scams we see.

Instead, it is what I would call a very dishonest site that is just barely legal. They apparently send unsolicited spam mails. I somehow got on their email list myself, and though I repeatedly "unsubscribed", they never stopped sending me emails. When you are sent a "winner" email and visit the site, you are then prompted to register so you can collect winnings.

Also, many players have accused the site of pressing them to buy merchandise or pay membership fees in order to collect prizes but never delivering the prizes they were told they won.

In addition, the prizes are often in the neighborhood of a dollar. That's right. A dollar. While the company is taking your registration information and selling it to other marketers.

The site may not technically be breaking any laws, but they do seem to be very dishonest about their marketing, odds, and I can personally attest that they seem to be spammers. They and all their third-party marketers will deluge you in emails that are annoying. Expect dozens a day if you ever sign up at the site. I never even signed up at the site and still had tons of their emails filling up my Spam folder.

This has nothing to do with freelotto but yes, GLB/Processing is a spam/scam.

Don't reply to them, not even to unsubscribe or ask what it's about.

Simply delete it.

Ok, so I was an idiot who fell for this without even thinking of research! So, there is no way to stop them using my name and address for things? And, do you know if they will actually post me something really stupid that could embarrass me?

Thanks.

Post FREE LOTTO is a SCAM for sure !

This is how it works. I am European and Lotto etc = charity and luck so I don't mind it.
I used to live in Hong Kong and then South Africa, to resume the situation.
When the Internet started I discovered Free Lotto. 4.95 $ per month (one coffee) why not I thought. and so it went on for years without me thinking about it.
I paid automatically through my credit card for many years about 4.95 $ per month..than (you are entered automatically into the daily draws)
I have won several times 1$ checks made out to me send by snail mail.
Naturally who cashes in 1$ overseas ? it cost 45$ to cash in any overseas check
but it makes one believe one could win ! right? Then I moved to South Africa and the montly billing went on in Hong Kong. I did not worry ..who would ...I said several times I got 1$ check maybe I will be lucky. Then I switched to a South African credit card and mailing address and bingo aging I won a few minimal check like 2 $ and once a 10$ If I recall.
Then I switched Bank and forgot to renew with my new credit card. That is when I found out the hard way. How it is a scam.!!!
That is when suddenly I won 1million $ and several URGENT e-mails and notifications to contact them etc.. so I did in writing and they replied that sadly
I had forgotten to renew my auto pay with my credit card.
But if you renew you are a winner already as you we have advised you.
So I did naturally immediatly renew with my new credit card and......got nothing
and did not manage to stop them from wrote to them several times never got
a reply and they took my 4.95$ . I thought I rather pay so maybe next time
and than as a paying client I have a hold on them being a paying than a non
paying scammed customer. But then at the end of that credit card year
I stopped stopped them.
Since then I have won so many times from 300$ to 1 million but never restarted naturally
like just yesterday again.
I read online that several people have sued this company in USA and have
actually managed to get their win.
I don't want to spend money on a lawyer. I just wonder are there still any
working on contingency basis in USA as it used to be.. I don't mind sharing
the win if it comes .
Sad companies like this slip through the USA law system somehow for so many
years ..I hold over 1200 e-mail records from them where the scam can be seen
how they go after one in the manner I explained above.

I'm an Australian and I got the exact same text message then they sent me an e-mail telling me that I have to organize with Pacific Global Couriers for them to pick up my check from Brittain and deliver it to me at my own costs. I checked out websites for both companies and they look legit but I'm not gonna follow up anymore. They even sent me a certificate about the lotto win which looks legit as well.
So giving that I got the same exact text message I'm calling it a scam.

I was called by this company saying that I won $250,000.00 but I needed to pay $355.00 to collect my winnings. The man James said it was because I shopped at Wal-Mart and used my debit card. They new my name, address, and phone number. The call came from the Washington DC area. The phone number on my caller ID was (202) 241-2540

I have never registered to freelotto.com so it is already sending red flags. How the hell are they able to get our information? Pretty darn concerning

Firstly lets get it clear that its nothing to do with freelotto.com, somebody is impersonating them.

The SMS could just be one of many they have sent out blind. Easy to do using a number of web sites.

Now if you got a SMS and an email, that would suggest they have picked up a list from a site where you had recorded those two bits of information.
