Dear friends,
The people whoever are concerned and reading this it is please advised for your career not to apply to Optima Resources Inc., or any firm that takes money. There are incidents where Optima has bluffed the candidates and not replied in vein for refund policy.
Now, the complaint for refunding the balance towards longstanding which was pending to H1 B visa cancellation by me, is not refunded and the case status at BBB Accreditation website in *Link removed by the moderator as it revealed personal information. can be found but no help so far.It is better even if approached to INS.
Finally, Sincerely request all those reading this forum to go through proper channel in your career even if it takes some time.

johnsmith, I removed the link as it not only revealed personal information but also allowed anyone to append further comments to your complaint.

I commend you for filing a complaint with the NJ BBB and I suggest to anyone else who has been defrauded to do the same, specially since Optima use their BBB accreditation as a validation tool.

You can file a complaint on the New Jersey BBB web site at: http://newjersey.bbb.org

Reading the BBB complaint though, it is interesting to see how much they delay in responding, check getting "lost in the mail" etc... They even do not respond to the BBB very promptly.

It should not be too difficult to get them off the BBB, if more people like yourself report them
