Do not send money or deal with in anyway.
They are using another companies vat# and their company name, but are in no way associated with that company.
Below is copy of their delivery page. Who makes excuses before there is a problem?
"Due to the current high volumes of orders that are being placed, unfortunately we cannot guarantee next day delivery .
We offer FREE delivery on all items delivered to mainland addresses worldwide.
Please note : At times, our courier may fail to deliver your package on time , either from human error i.e. misrouting parcels etc or due to other delays such as road accidents and severe weather . We can only apologise for this and any inconvenience caused . No refunds will be made for carriage charges except for failed Saturday deliveries . Providing you pass all security checks, and the product(s) are in stock when placing your order(s), we will attempt delivery the following 2 days provided your order is placed by 5pm.
All items delivered by courier will need to be signed for, but in most cases it doesn`t have to be the person who ordered that accepts delivery . We can also deliver to a work address if no one will be at home - please specify this at the time of ordering .
We are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery of your order. If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address the package will be returned to your local delivery depot . A card will be left with details to organise redelivery of your order .
Your order may be delayed if...
- Any unforeseen stock shortages occur - you will be notified by e-mail or telephone if this is the case .
- If we cannot get immediate security clearance for payment of your order. We place the security of our customers paramount, therefore these checks are essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address details .
- Any credit check queries arise on your pay monthly and upgrade orders . If further information is required we will contact you via email or telephone .
Please note : some accessories are sourced separately, therefore some orders may be delivered in more than one package ."

If you've lost any money to them, try reporting it to WU and see if you can ask them which country it was picked up in. It may be worth reporting them to the police as they are most likely in a country where the law can actually reach them.
