Hi there intblaez and welcome to Fraudwatchers.

From the information you've given I can tell you that it looks like a scam to me. You can't win a lottery you didn't buy a ticket for, the name "Gladys DeClark" appears in numerous scam emails in a Google search, as does the "Flash Mega Lottery".

In short, any email telling you you've won a lottery is a scam. The scammers want you to pay fees, taxes and so on to collect your "winnings" but there are no winnings to be had.

I'd advise you to delete the email and any others like it you receive.
