Please help :(

I just want to verify about the email sent to my email account from "Santander Bank" of UK regarding to an item which Dr. John Brown ordered to me. Is this a scam ?

Yes, any email you receive from someone you don't know offering you money will ALWAYS be a scam! Everyone of them without exception! On top of that, any number that contains a number that begins with +44 70 is a scammer number. Please read: http://www.fraudwatchers.org/forums/...w_personal_nos If you gave these scammers your bank account information you need to close that bank account immediately!

but y do i need to close my bank account? are they capable on accessing my personal account? Please explain further. Thank You

Yes depending on what bank information you gave the scammers. If you didn't give any of your bank account details there's no problem, but if you did, you need to contact your bank and inform them of this.
