English Company Fake?

I had a question about an english company. We are trying to deal with a company but we dont now if they are a real company and our previous experiences has made us cautious.

The company name is A.V.N.E. International Ltd

It's not clear that they have any UK presence, the address is that of the registrar http://www.chandlerandgeorges.co.uk/contact.htm

They had a web site which no longer seems to work... www.avnei.com
That domain is barely three months old and registered for a single year, that's a red flag
