Identity Theft/ "Phishing" The deliberate assumption of another person's identity, usually to gain access to their finances.

I received this email and knew it was a scam right away - didn't even read the whole email. Please don't click on the link it asks you to. This was a smart person because they linked the logo they copied from the Bank Of America website and actually linked it to their website.

The logo is safe to click on - the "Click here for regain access" is NOT a safe link to click on.
