Fraudulent MAILS from this company

Hello,
the company in question JDP ORIENTAL RESOURCES INC keeps sending mails with this content ( see the quoted mail content ). A friend of mine received one.

As the only address written on the website is in New York if someone wants to report this practice ( of sending fraudent job offers) there is a service called STOPFRAUD.GOV or IC3.gov or sth similar established by the US President and related to FBI. You can try to complain to them ( no idea if it works).

By the way I need some advice for PC observation: How to make people stop the PC observation ( the aim is to make fail the application forms for a job which I send, these people contact the relevant employer and speak against me. The result is MORE THAN 2 years NO JOB for me)?

thanks

M.
