1. After seller confirms that the deposit of 1% has being made by the buyer, the seller will provide all necessary export Documentation and send copies to Buyer through DHL or EMS and commerce on the date of arrival to enable buyer prepare.

2. Total 1% = which amounting to $17,500,00 will be deducted out upon the full payment the buyer will completely pay for the Gold after receiving the Gold and check with his refinery within 3 working days that buyer refinery confirm the purity and weight.

3. The seller will send a representative who will accompany the 50kgs of Gold to buyer country the seller representative and buyer or buyer representative will both go to where buyer will test the Gold the seller representative is the witness the final assay test.
