scammer rips off IPATA logo

This one was brought to my attention by a member of IPATA, who was contacted by a woman who thought she was buying a puppy from Cyprus. The first small problem with that - as of the time of this posting, IPATA has no members in Cyprus. also, the English is appalling (to quote with spelling mistakes intact):

"Attention:

Animal already under our keeping but on baord reservation will be send to you only when we receive payments for this shipement".

The other problem with this is that when the quoted flight details were checked, there was no such flight to Montreal leaving at the stated time.

This scammer advertises, in French, on various sites.

No Western Union recipient information is available at this time, however if any comes to light, I will post it here.
