i have talked to this company for quite some time today discussing different electronics. i was wondering if anyone has had any expirience with this company in the past and if so, how it went. an associate called me via telephone and discussed certain subjects,i.e.... sample pricing, payment via credit card or paypal, and shipping time. any info from anyone who know's anything about this company would be much appreciated! thanks so much!

(excite!mcgp.com in the middle of the site is where i found the electronics side of it)

There's no way I would ever consider doing any business with an organization with a website that looks like it was designed by a 3 year old.

Look at the registration details:

I wouldn't trust this site as far as I could hurl my lunch.

They are a scam. I worked for mrs marks for 2 weeks only to find out from many customers that called me. I started checking into it and ran a background check on the owner. seems before Feb this year she didnt have a business. She also claimed to be a multi million dollar corp but i have found no evidence of that.

I have talked with several of her customers and helped them get their money back and in turn send them to a real supplier.
I had a business for years and i only went to work for Mrs marks because she offered me a huge salary. And of course i did not see the website before joining. Now she has all my personal info who knows what she will do with it. I have talked to another lady who worked for her as well and she was never paid for her work and she also heard from buyers that she was not sending the goods.

NEVER do business with The cnm group. The website is now down and the phones have been disconnected.
kubacheski and i have spoken. I am so glad he did not do business with cnm group. I admit i have had my own company for years but yet i was even fooled by the CNM Group and mrs marks.

But on the brighter side i have helped her customers get their money back and saved a few customers from spending money on her and losing it.

If anyone is actually looking for a legit you i would be happy to provide you with the info.

Seems she is now calling herself AR resource Corp. These phones #s are what i found in an add for Craigslist

704-209-9832 EXT 85.
1-347-547-6068

Her website is down and her other phones are now disconnected. She is a fraud and will just keep changing her company name to allow her to keep scamming people.

Hi just an update. i was contacted today by someone else who was almost ripped by mrs marks.
SO several of us are getting together to file a lawsuit. If you have been scammed or a victim of fraud by chauncee marks or the cnm group or A R resource corp or whatever she is calling herself now please Pm me if you are interested in being a part of the lawsuit. I am not out to get private info. I just want a first name and a way to contact you via here or email or whatever you choose. If we are successful in getting a court date set or file charges with the North carolina police then we will just hand your info over and if they choose to do so they can contact you.

People like this make me so mad. its hard enough to do business on the internet as is and with someone like this running around it makes it that much more difficult.

Thank you

Livewire, they are going by AR Resource Corp now. One of the sales rep responded to my ad about getting iphones. I go through a guy by the name of Alex Smith. They have sent me an invoice and everything through paypal. Apparently they are verified down to the bone and i also called paypal and they told that there account is in good standing. Are you positive that they are a scam?

If they are, do you know any other suppliers of iphones? pm or email me at

I would never do business with them. I can put you in contact with another employee who was scammed but helped the owner change the name from CNM group to AR resource corp

I have been told by some of the largest companies in the business that chauncee marks is a fraud and she has changed her company name so many times to out run people trying to chase her down that she owes money too.
I will see if i can find more info on the company but i can tell you 1000000% that shes a scam. She had one paypal account under the cnm group and it went $8000 negative. So she got a new tax id under the new name started the paypal account again and made a few transactions to make it look legit.

I'm sorry but this is virtually impossible. If you've lost a large amount of money (approximately over US$100,000 or equivalent in your currency), and especially if you have sent money to a "real" bank account, it may be worth contacting the police, and they should try to help you. If you've lost any amount of money, no matter how small, I would still get in touch with your local Law Enforcement Office, even if there isn't much they can or are willing to do. The more attention these scams get, the more likely it is that law enforcement will start doing what they can to stop them.

Be very wary of anyone who says they can recover your money. It may be the same scammer hoping to get some more funds out of you. There are companies around who claim they can get your money back but they do charge you fees and generally have little success. Your money is gone. We would love to be able to get it back for you, but there is no way to do it. We are thankful that you are still alive, as victims have lost their lives before due to these scams. Money can be replaced.

If you paid by transferring money through your bank, also check with the bank. Depending on the bank, the country (or countries) involved and the circumstances, they may be able to retrieve your money, but it will be slow going.

Credit card payments offer the most protection, Paypal offers very little, Moneygram and Western Union offer none.

Got a call from a police DET in atlanta, GA who is wanting info on chauncee marks. I told him to check this page and to check rip off reports.com

Looks like someone in china wired her almost 1 million. Someone else wired her 11,000.
DO NOT WIRE PEOPLE YOU DO NOT KNOW OVER THE NET!!!

So anyone who was scammed contact your local police dept and let them know what happened and she is being investigated by the FBI. They will be able to take your complaint and forward it to the FBI and if you are not in the US contact the IC3 Bureau.

Chauncee Marks is a Scam Artist

Chauncee Marks will scam you. Do not do business with her. She is currently in Charlotte, NC. She is known for the CNM Group and one called A R Resource Corp. However, she has started a new company named Effectual Consultants Inc.. Within this company is various departments such as Vortex (ecommerce store that sells every name brand product you can think of), Colors4Pride (LGBTQ), KV Couture (modeling agency), Abide Record Label and Club GreenLight. Club GreenLight was supposed to be open on the 15th floor of the OMNI Hotel in several different presidential suites. Her current, well no longer current, workers have yet to get paid. We are in contact with the detective that has been investigating her in Atlanta GA. PLEASE, PEOPLE BE CAREFULL. Chauncee Marks has lied to every employee she has hired since April 2008. Do not do business with any of here companies listed above. Do your research before you proceed. If you have doubts about these threads listed go to www.google.com and type in Chauncee Marks and hit ENTER find out for yourself.
