UK law links

I have been trying to get info on UK law & punishment for offences regarding theives who commit 419 robberies/ scams. Anyone have any information please post here, once posted please mods delete my post..thanks

I think you'll have to go through the news section or work yourself through the scientific articles in the articles section to find informations about this issue as prosecutions against 419 scammers are sadly rare cases.

You can probably find links through Lexis/Nexis, if they have a UK service, or there may be some similar search program for current UK law and cases. I don't know what it is though. Sorry.
