MONTHLY SALARY:
USD $9, 750.00 ( Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty US Dollars only) monthly/take-home (After tax), Sterling or Euros equivalent depending on home country and currency preference.

JOB LOCATION: H.Q Sabah, Branch (Malaysia).
JOB DURATION PERIOD: 24 Months (2 Years)
START RESUME DATE: You shall be expected to resume on site latest by the 21th November 2012.

for your perusal and digest; on your satisfaction and agreement with the terms and response, you shall be expected to start your job processes and will be sent hard copy of contract documents through the DHL courier services for endorsement via your Local Representative. Agreements will also be signed during the job processes.
WORKING HOURS/ DAYS OFF/ PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:
Working hours: - 6 hours 30 Minutes (including meal time)
Working time: - 10 AM – 4:30 (PM)
Working days: - Monday – Friday
JOB PROCEEDING/REQUIREMENT:
All employees successfully screened and recruited to resume employment at this new EPC Oil & Gas Services Sdn Bhd Malaysia; (And not presently possessing a valid Malaysia Residence and Work Permits Clearance Papers)
COMPANY EXPENSES:
EPC Oil & Gas Services Sdn Bhd Malaysia will shoulder Employee’s Air Ticket only, while Employee shall personally incur Employment insurance certificate and Expatriate Residential/Work Permit papers to show their readiness, preparedness, and willingness and later be reimbursed before embarking to Malaysia.
ENTRY/WORK/VISA AND TRAVEL PROCEEDINGS:
You (Employee) shall be required to start the process of your Malaysian Employment insurance certificate EIC and Expatriate Residential/Work Permit papers with the TOUR HOLIDAY ASIA NETWORK SDN. BHD MALAYSIA here in Malaysia and also furnish us with the soft copies of the same via scan e mail attachment before 10 working days as a proof of readiness to join the team in due date as stipulated above for your job resumption with the EPC Oil & Gas Services Sdn Bhd Malaysia and also to enable you receive your first monthly salary in advance including your due entitlements/emoluments prior to your departure for services with EPC Oil & Gas Services Sdn Bhd Malaysia in Malaysia.
However, for expatriate services employees who do not presently posses their valid Malaysia Residence and Work Permits papers, they are to make contact with the address given for directives and assistance on the acquisition and procurement of Malaysian Employment insurance certificate and Residential/Work Permit papers with the TOUR HOLIDAY ASIA NETWORK SDN. BHD MALAYSIA here in Malaysia
CONTRACT TERMS:
EPC Oil & Gas Services Sdn Bhd Malaysia shall employ the employee for a 2 years Contract term with Full furnished Accommodation for you and your family (if any). This contract will commence from the agreement date.
At the end of this period the both parties may agree for the extension of the contract. In case of termination of the contract in advance both parties agreed for the EPC Oil & Gas Services Sdn Bhd Malaysia must give 2 weeks notice of termination in writing.
The EPC Oil & Gas Services Sdn Bhd Malaysia must give the Employee 4 weeks notice if the service is no longer required. (Should the employer terminate the agreement?) Employer agrees to pay all wages up to and including employee’s last day of work. After signing this contract letter, proceed by sending a scanned copy to the TOUR HOLIDAY ASIA NETWORK SDN. BHD MALAYSIA via email to initiate the procurement of your necessary travel documents including other supporting documents.
