Received 2 faulty tablet PCs.
Returned them for replacement.
Now I cant get a response from them since Jan 2012.

Please be informed that HK Wise Technology Co., Ltd./RTDC Technology Co., Ltd had reimbursed the amount of $208.69 on 20 Sep 2013 to me.

I needed to send a faulty tablet back to them (Ammy). For a long time they just ignored my communications until finally I got contact details and a return address. I sent the tablet back by recorded delivery , it was delivered on Feb 25th. Since then they have ignored all my emails asking for a status update. They are a dishonest and dishonourable company, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

another buyer had exactly the same problem...
