Privacy Protect is quite legitimate, the entry on their Whois protection simply doesn't have the Australian country code of +61. Adding that makes it an Australian Mobile number. The number is verifiable via the PrivacyProtect website [ here]. |

I have many cases showing that the scammers are using this address and phone number, further more, this number is not an Australian mobile number, as an Australian mobile number only have 9 numbers, this number has ten!

Hi, I only just want to make correct information about the phone number, which you said it is an Australia mobile, but it was wrong information.
Secondly, if spammer can use privacy protection, so does scammers. My purpose only wish people can check carefully behind the privacy protect.

Rainbow76 is right, this is about warning to protect buyer. Reader may decide what they should act base on the information they got. There is no legal binding in this forum. Information release here is about what we are sure about and what we think is should be. This may sometime lead to have wrong impression but it is perfectly fine with this kind of forum.
For us as a victim of the fraud, Rainbow informations give us big help to identify more their associate so that we can avoid of not repeating the same mistake. But off course we have to do more homework not just only relies on Rainbow information.

May I suggest that you get in contact with your local chamber of commerce, to see if they don't have any resources to help you? But doing business with another country should never happen without conducting full due diligence. If not, you will be scammed at some point.

Dear All
The scammers in China unfortunately have already started to fraud attempts even if an irrevocable payable at sight lc opened with pre-shipment inspection report.
We have faced this kind of attempt very recently through one of the company namely CHINA DONGRUN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY GROUP CO LTD ress : 12-302 Room;Jingde Park;one block; Nankai District;Tianjin. Tel no: 022-2705662 web site : www.hv-chem.com and www.yqz-chem.com
We have opened an irrevocable 100% payable at sight LC to this company for copper wire with total value of over 160.000 USD..
Afterwards we found out that they are registered in Hong Kong but they have never been registered in Tian Jin or China mainland as they have declared as their main office address.
So we have started to take preventive actions through our Turkish Embassy Commercial Department in Bei Jing.We have forwarded our Embassy copy of CIQ preshipment inspection report.Our Embassy seriously followed up the case with CIQ Tian Jin and obtained their written approval that CIQ preshipment report was falsificated.We immediately applied to the court in Istanbul and we took a court decision and suspended the payment due to having falsificated inspection certificate. Now we are waiting the goods to see what kind of rubbish they have loaded.We will return those goods to Tian Jin Port with statement of facts of Turkish Custom Authorities and if they shipped fake goods as they have forged the inspection certificate we will press our charges until they get punished legally in China.
So Lc and preshipment inspection reports do not provide enough security recently against fraud unfortunately.
We also found out as mentioned above messages the companies identified are member of same group and we may add one more company to this list that China Bebong Co.ltd.After we noticed the similarity of this company website they told us their website was immitated
