You cannot sell Gold in Ghana without being registered so that would mean it's a scam. Any offer of discounted gold from Ghana is a scam because the procedure is that the sale must be done through the PMMC www.pmmcghana.com where the gold is priced at that day's London set price so ask yourself, why would anyone in Ghana search for buyers on other continents to sell their gold to at a discounted price when they could sell it legally at a much higher price. All such offers are frauds.

That confirms it's a scam. Ghana's PMMC warns that offers of gold in dust form are scams, also their procedure clearly states that all gold transaction must go through them and the price is set to that day's London Stock Exchange price, so all offer of cheap gold from ghana are frauds.

Beware these scammers will invite their victim to visit them in Ghana, where an elaborate scheme involving a gang of scammers goes into play.
