I get a scam sent every min help??

Got this one through think it is another scam also i get a load of viagra one's through how do i stop it???? here is the latest one,

Scammers and spam bots harvest email addresses from web pages, message boards and forums, so do not write your email address anywhere on the internet. If you email someone and they get a virus, or one of the machines that handles emails gets a virus, that can also be a source of harvesting. Joining mailing lists is a great source for spam and scam senders.

Once it starts it never stops. The only way to shut it up is to use your anti-spam settings in your email account (if you have one) or change your email address and only inform friends and family.

The only way spam will stop is when all the spammers die (ie: never)
