Glasses Crafter Contact

I have ordered my glasses 2 weeks ago and i still havnt got any response about a shipping number from glasses crafter. I have sent numerous emails and still havnt got any replies back. So much for their 24/7 support line . I wish i saw all these comments before i bought the glasses . Can anyone help about how to get in contact with them if anyone had done so before. Also what steps they took to get their money back.

IS GLASSCRAFTER A FRAUD COMPANY?????

I have ordered my glasses 2 weeks ago and i still havnt got any response about a shipping number from glasses crafter. I have sent numerous emails and still havnt got any replies back. So much for their 24/7 support line . I wish i saw all these comments before i bought the glasses . Can anyone help about how to get in contact with them if anyone had done so before. Also what steps they took to get their money back.

Google Checkout is asking me to rate my Glass Crafter experience

So it's been almost a month and still no glasses. I sent them another email but never got anything back. Now Google checkout sent me an email to rate my experience with Glass Crafters. Lots to say..... Since i have been working blind for the past month. This is Getting ridiculous. Every week i say to myself , ok i'll wait another week. But this is the last time that im going to wait. SO i hope i get the glasses this friday or else im gettin my money back and they can keep the glasses

Avoid these artists

Glassescrafter.com haven't worked out for me. Seems like it a lottery whether you get your glasses or not. After a month the glasses havent arrived and now the company are not replying to my emails. Off to my CC company to get a chargeback...

A follow up to my comment. The glasses arrived after more than a month from Shanghai. Incredibly, they are excellent quality and value. I am very impressed. The package arrived with a tracker, which they could have told me about from the start and which would have made life simpler for everyone. This company's customer communication really sucks, which is a shame, seeing as how good the product is. Good thing I didnt pursue the chargeback in the end...

Thumbs down What's going on GlassesCrafter.com??!

I placed my order on November 18. It is now December 5th. I read on their site that orders take 14 days in total. It has now been 18 DAYS. According to my order, my glasses have not even been shipped yet??? WHAT IS GOING ON?? NOT HAPPY with the outcome of my order so far. Will be asking for a refund if I don't recieve them in the next 4 days.

Horrible Customer Service

I received two pairs of glasses from glasscrafter.com but unfortunately they do not fit my face. I am trying to take advantage of their 100% satisfaction guarantee policy they have not replied to 4 of my emails. I've been trying to contact them via their online support but no matter what time of the day they are offline. This is really ludicrous as they are not even adhering to their policies and don't even bother to reach out to their customers. I will give an update of if they ever reply to me.

Very Frustrated

Just following up on my post where GlassCrafter was not responding to my 4 emails. They finally respond and ask me what is wrong with the glasses. After having telling them 4 times that the glasses do not fit my face, they act like it's the first time they received an email from me. I respond to their email another 2 times questioning their 100% satisfaction guarantee and yet no response back again. Seriously, how is it that their business is still around? This is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I ordered from them is that they had the 100% satisfaction guarantee no hassle return. Don't be fooled by their crooked ways. If I had initially known that their guarantee was bogus, then I would have never ordered from them as i have troubles in obtaining glasses that fit my head properly.

Thumbs down glassescrafter.com NOT VALID COMPANY INFO.

GLASSESCRAFTER.COM is not a company you want to do business with for sure!! I have opened an account purchased a pair of glasses and when I tried to log back in the password does not work. So it will tell you they are sending a new password but it never happens. So then it will say to open new account which will not work. All the time never answering emails and they have bogus US address. With no phone numbers. I finally recieved an answer to one email with the caption "FRAUD" That seemed to get their attention when I told them I was going to customs with the complaint. They responded with they were having internet problems. But nothing of how to help me check status of my order. I am going to cancel with the credit card company so hopefully I will get my money back. If they haven't stolen identity. Good luck with anyone who does business with them.

Unhappy Glasscrafters order

I placed an order on August 11th and finally received a reply that my order was being processed August 20th. I have sent several emails to find out if the order is complete or if it has been shipped and I have not received a reply. It seems to take days to get a response. I am now getting frustrated and am not sure what to do. How do I prove to the CC company that I did not receive my item? Is this company a fraud?

Actually you don't need to provide proof, you simply contact your credit card company and explain what has happened, and that you wish to reclaim your money. They will advise you further according to their terms and conditions.

It should be noted however that this process, called a 'Chargeback' [see wikipedia: link], is only applicable if you paid for goods directly to the store with your card.

The more people who perform Chargebacks against this rotten, badly run and pathetic excuse of a company the better.
