I'm from Malaysia. I'm looking for a pet in adpost.com.my. the owner of the puppies request an agency name Equinepet Airline for delivery the puppies to my house. the owner name Wes Sasha, she said she is a volunteer of Malaysia/US Peace Corp Organization. She said the puppies have health paper and ownership document. But the agency request me to pay the refundable insurance for the puppies. Below is this agency infomation and address. they asked me to bank in the money via western union.

Please help me to identify it because I already bank in the money for refundable insurance. They said if this monday I still not make the payment, they will send the puppies to quarantine centre. below is the e-mail they sent me.

In order to insure your puppy, you will be required to pay a Refundable Insurance fee of RM2780.This Money will be refunded to you upon delivery of this puppies in your home today by Our Carrier Agent . This Insurance is to Protect the Safety of your puppies while on Board in case of any unforeseen Circumstances. Your Sender brought the puppies here only with the transfer of ownership, adoption papers and Vet records. You will have to do the payment as soon as possible using Western Union Money transfer with the same address you used for the payment of the shipping. Once you are through with the transfer, get back to us with the Money Transfer MTCN Reference Number and Sender's Name and we will forward them over to our branch office for confirmation. Once we get a confirmation from them, we will immediately prepare the refundable insurance documents and forward to you so that you will use them to claim the money. If the payment is not made , your puppies will not be shipped from the Airport to your home.
