constantly changing company names is a major red flag, and in the context of China where the majority of merchant web sites are scams, I certainly wouldn't deal with them. Western Union is like handing cash to a stranger you meet on the street with the promise he'll send you what you ordered. If you receive a useless poor quality product, the chance of settling the problem is usually nil regardless of promises that may have been made.

You didn't mention what they where shipping, if it's a large amount of money or gold, that should have been your first hint.

The individuals who recommended Evandex to you is also one of the individuals behind fake shipper web sites EVANDEX.COM and fake lawyer acechambersghana.com and they are professional criminals so whatever valuables he promised you doesn't exist. If you keep in contact with him, all that will happen are requests for endless advance fees complete with nice looking fake documents. If you've already paid some advance fees, that money is lost and any further money sent will only add to your losses. The decision is yours to cut off all communications or continue being scammed.

This store is a free store on aliexpress.com, the name has not been verified, you can see when you move mouse on the store name. For me, i do not feel it is a realible store, also there is negative feedback, who knows if you are the next. Good luck!
