I found an add online to adopt a free Sphinx kitten so i emailed the guy. He told me he was looking for a good home for the kitten because he had no time to spend with it due to work. He doesnt want any money and he is covering the shipping costs from cameroo. However, he sent me a document via email of a change of ownership certificate from the ministry of livestock in Cameroon where he has filled out his part and is asking me to fill out my part, which includes my signature... is this a scam?
