My name is Sam Abba, former chairman,contract Award Division Nigeria National Petroleum Co-poration (NNPC).

We awarded a contract to America company and the contract was over invoiced, and the American company has since received its payment. Now am looking for a trusted person who can make a claim to the fund, the fund is in the government reserve account waiting for claim.
