I would like to assure you all we are not a scam company and can personally guarantee all your orders are being dispatched but due to a number of factors including heavy workloads the despatch timescales are being pushed to their limits at the moment.
We are on the hunt for extra staff to assist with the current situation and hope to have this fully resolved and normal timescales to resume as soon as we possibly can.
If your order has reached or passed its despatch deadline do please let us know via our normal help channels and your preference to cancel the order or not, we will happily refund anyone who is over their dispatch deadline.
We will soon be relaunching telephone support as this is obviously needed despite 96% of our customers not calling us when we did have this method

FYI, we have two addresses now both listed on our website, one is a mailing address and the other our registered office address.
If you do prefer to send us a letter please use the correct mailing address as sending to the office will still get to the right people but will take extra time.
