Some very major red flags with this one.

To begin with, this is identity theft waiting to happen. Looking at the figures quoted, they are completely unrealistic; average APR (Actual Percentage Rate) for unsecured loans, even to people with impeccable credit rating, is between 12% and 30%. What has been calculated in the post above is a simple interest addition of 5% onto the total loan, which no lending company could afford - it would cost them more in administrative expenses.

In addition, the item "Loan to Value" is only used with secured loans, against collateral such as property. Unsecured loans are far more difficult to obtain, and as such attract a far greater rate of interest. A 5% simple interest on the loan amount over this period of time is cheaper than any mortgage offer that's available, probably in the world.

Money lending across international boundaries is, by its very nature, highly regulated, due to anti-terrorist laws and money laundering legislation. The mere involvement of someone in Nigeria immediately raises very serious doubts as to whether this is genuine, and I would personally err on the side of complete skepticism.

From information received, what has happened to other victims in the past is that they have had to pay many pre-loan fees of one form or another to the "lender" before finally receiving a check that is either stolen or forged - in any case, a fake check. When they deposit it, the victim, in addition to already losing possibly several thousand dollars in non-existent "fees", may get arrested for deception and bank fraud.

I would suggest discussing any loan requirement with recognized banking or financial institutions in your own country, and to be absolutely certain of the laws surrounding international loans. It is extremely complicated, and from what you have submitted in your post, I would say that the offer you have received is definitely bogus.
