Is this a reliable site it says free registration and then they send an email requesting for money using credit card is it genuine?
Maybe it's just me, but if a site promises "free registration" then immediately emails me and asks me for my credit card number, I don't call that "free".
Judging from the site's own FAQ, they are just a listing of companies that provide payment for surveys. Companies do not pay big money for filling out a survey, SurveyPayoff does not pay you, the company does. If the company fails to pay you, you have to take it up with that company, not SurveyPayoff.
I suspect SurveyPayoff largely makes money by getting you to sign up for "offers" (read:advertising emails) and directing you to sign ups at "partner sites" that may or may not spam your email address and sell your contact information.
It's not exactly what I would call a scam, but if you're expecting to make anything approaching a significant income from this database, it's very, very doubtful that you will.
