Witam wszystkich. chcialbym was przestrzec przed kupnem taniego, dobrze wyposazonego auta za pomoca autoscout24. Ja sie zdecydowalem i ponioslem strate w wysokosci 3000 euro. zawsze uwazalem sie za osobe rozsadna, wyczulona na oszustwa a jednak. zalaczam calosc e-mail'i jakie byly miedzy nami. przepraszam ze nie przetlumaczylem, ale mysle ze bedzie to dla was ulatwienie, gybyscie mieli "okazyjnie" tanio kupic auto.

Feew weeks ago somebody from Germany told to me that want to buy my car.I told him that is Ok,we will meet in Pisa and we will make the deal.I was in Pisa in the next day but no buyer,never respond to my emails or to my calls so here is what i am sugessting to you:

hmm nie wiem czy pisze w tym poscie co chcialam - jestem tu pierwszy raz :D
to co wyrabia sie z autami na autoscout24 to po prostu przegiecia.
szukalam pare dni temu VW multivana. odpowiedzialam na ogloszenie, po czym odpowiedz przyszla blyskawicznie - mieszkal w berlinie, przeprowadzil sie do anglii, kierownica po lewej.. no i wiadomo co dalej ;) - auto w super stanie, wyposazenie marzenie... najlepsze jest to, ze pan josef :lol: pisal pieknym niemieckim..
zapytalam o odbior osobisty.. - odpisal maila, ze auto wysle, a o odbiorze ani slowa..
no to poprosilam o przeslanie kopi "briefu" - odpowiedzial, ze spedycja prosila go o nieudostepnianie zadnych info o aucie przed wysylka auta hehe
dodam ze te dwa ostatnie maile byly pisane niemieckim ale lamanym.. jak mu odpisalam, ze od niego auto kupuje a nie od spedycji, to spytal czy place czy nie.. cos mu tam odpowiedzialam, ale juz nie pamietam, po czym slad po nim zaginal ...
ciekawosc mnie zzerala, wiec odezwalam sie do niego z fikcyjnego maila :cool:
pierwsza wiadomosc identyczna, ja tym razem napalona na zakup auta (tak mu przynajmniej napisalam :D ) to on skierowal mnie na OSTROMAIL.COM - firma spedycyjna od 2001 :lol: w anglii - tam mam sie zalogowac i wplacic 30% wartosci.
strona piekna !!! wyglada profesjonalnie, wiec nie jeden dalby sie nabrac.
sprawdzilam domene i okazalo sie, ze zgloszona 03.03.2007 roku. w google jej nie mozna znalezc, ani jednej wzmianki o rzekomej firmie spedycyjnej, ktora prawdopodobnie jest jedna z najwiekszych i najbardziej renomowanych w anglii :o
na tym nie koniec moich przygod. juz z wlasnej ciekawosci odpowiadzialam na pare innych ogloszen o podobnej tresci (okolo 5 :D ) - trafnosc w oszustow - 100% ;)
maile, ktore dostalam byly wszystkie tym razem po angielsku.
jednej kobicie zmarl brat - sprzedaje jego auto, drugi sie wyprowadzil z berlina -w anglii mu nie potrzene, trzecie auto trzeba odebrac we wloszech a gosciu siedzi w anglii...

wszysce chcieli zaliczki za auto, jeden mial nawet 3 zainteresowanych, wiec musialam sie szybko decydowac;)
dobra, nie bede zasmucac.. dodam tylko, ze przy niektorych ogloszeniach byly numery telefonow - jak zadzwonilam to odezwal sie urzed w stuttgarcie ;)
mojej znajomej za to bundestag hahahahaha - lepsza byla ;)
jakby ktos mial pytania to moze sie odezwac;)

Są na Autoscout24, mobile.de, i wielu wielu innych giełdach internetowych.
Na szczęście nie udało mi się zakupić super auta za 3000 Euro, bo z kolegą informatykiem sprawdziłem dogłębnie stronę internetową firmy transportowej z ktÃ²rej niby dostałem maila z numerem przewozowym. Okazało się że strona ta została "postawiona" kilka minut po tym jak wysłałem maila z decyzją o zakupie. a numer przewozowy ktÃ²ry się wpisało w "dziale tracking" był jedynym jaki był zaprogramowany do wpisania :)

Ja specjalnie zaczepiałem takie podejrzanie super okazje i oto co udało mi się zebrać.

Podam kilka maili z ktÃ²rych piszą Ci oszuści i nazwiska jakimi się posługują:

Zapomniałem napisać w poprzednim poście że mam namiary na gościa ktÃ²ry oczekuje teraz na kasę ode mnie, spodziewa się wpłaty poprzez Western Union

Niestety, Western Union kompletnie się tego typu sprawami nie interesuje. PrÃ²bowaliśmy już kilkanaście razy dotrzeć do nich, niestety rezultaty były zawsze opłakane.

Podobnie jest z policją. Naciągactwa internetowe nie są dla nich priorytetem.

Najlepszym sposobem na dobranie się tym kryminałom do skÃ²ry jest publikowanie ich danych - dokładnie to co sam zrobiłeś. Informacje ktÃ²re użytkownicy zostawiają na naszym forum pojawiają sie na Google bardzo szybjko, często już po godzinie lub dwÃ²ch.

Dzieki temu że spędziłeś czas na zostawienie postu na naszym forum, wielu ludzi bedzię wkrÃ²tce miało dostęp do tych informacji.

In general, buying cars on the internet exposes you to huge risks. Personally, I would not buy a car that I cannot inspect in person. Anyone who states that they only "deal through shipping companies" should be treated with utmost suspicion.

Pamiętajcie też o jednym - firma przewozowa jeśli istnieje, to podaje do siebie WSZYSTKIE namiary - czyli przede wszystkim NUMER TELEFONU (nie żaden numer fax , czy email) - oni się wręcz chwalą telefonami, bo wszystkie takie firmy żyją przecież właśnie z przewozÃ²w - czyli kontakt z klientem jest niezbędny!
Na żadnej ze stron podstawianych firm nie ma numerÃ²w telefonÃ²w -są tylko numery faxu (może i należy nawet do dhl - kto to wie).
Jeśli widzicie ogłoszenie w necie i jest podany TYLKO email jako kontakt - to sobie odpuśćcie - na 99% to kant.
Zresztą w ostatnim czasie zarÃ²wno mobile jak i autoscout24 dość mocno "filtrują" ogłoszenia - niestety tylko w dzień gdy operatorzy są w pracy mogą fałszywe ogłoszenia wyrzucać "od ręki" - za to każdego wieczora i w nocy można znaleźć duuuuuużo ogłoszeń od nieuczciwych sprzedawcÃ²w.

MÃ²j sposÃ²b na częsciową eliminację podejrzanych ogłoszeń to prosba o zdjecie tabliczki znamionowej samochodu z numerem VIN oraz tablic rejestracyjnych. Obydwa numery nie sa żadną tajemnicą i nie podlegają ochronie (tak jak dane osobowe) a służą jedynie weryfikacji prawdziwości pojazdu. Michael Hart przestał odpisywac jak poprosilem go własnie o zdjecie tabliczki znamionowej do ktorej dostep ma tylko własciciel pojazdu :)

Pomyslałem sobie co za facec dostarczy mi samochód pod dom i pokryje koszty transportu no mówie bosko.
Zaczołem szukać informaci o tej pseudo firmie. Znalazłem dwie identyczne strony Tylko nazwa firmy była inna a najleprze było to ze niebyło numeru kontaktowego, w google tez nic niemozna było poszukac o tej firmie.
Poszukałem w polsce firme Global która trudniła sie transportem i pogadałem z włascicielem na jakiej zasadzie to wyglada.
Odpowiedział mi ze przedewszystkim pieniadze dopiero podczas odbioru towaru chyba ze sie niespodoba samochód to zabieraja go zpowrotem. Dodał komentarz cytuje "Jeżeli ktoś juz woła odemnie pieniądze przed tranzakcją i dobejrzeniem samochodu to juz go nielubie"
