:cry: i got a fake mail saying that i won 250,000 us dollars.
but at correct time i disclosed the idendity of the spammers.
but now i m very much upset what should i do.

Hello apurva and welcome to FraudWatchers. The first thing you must do is to stop all communications with these people and make sure that you do not contact them again. They will try to be persistent but the best thing would be to ignore them and eventually they will leave you alone.

If you still have the original emails, please forward them as attachments to http://fraudwatchers.org/imsem/em_inform.png and we will be able to examine them and give you a definitive report on whether this is a scam. Alternatively you can post them here for us to advise you.

I'm pleased that you have realised this is a fraud; if you have given any of your bank details to them then please inform your bank of this immediately; they should be able to take any preventative action necessary.
