You found them through eBay? Yes, these Chinese sites selling cheap electronics are all scams, here are a few similar ones:

Sorry, if you sent the money by WU, there is most likely nothing you can do to get it back. It is very possible to pick up a WU payment without a valid ID, this is one major reason all internet scammers prefer it.

it is a sad story that scams has become part of the business life. Did Liuzhen send you the Laptop? if not, you can report to Beijing Police, he will be thrown into prison according to chinese criminal law.
