Hi:
I found this website: http://www.nike-sneaker.com. They sale nike (wholesale) from China. They take Payment by westernunion or bank transfer saves you 10% on the total order since those payment types don't cost us anything to process.
I want to start an online business and would like to know if this is a scam before I buy anything from them.
They also have this other store:
http://www.discount-cheap.net/index.php?osCsid=e9d3ac1e87968083dfc2b5f25854e83d
Has anyone heard anything from these two sites?
Here is their contact info:

You do realise this will all be counterfeit? Trading in these items is illegal, they may be seized and destroyed by customs, and you may end up with legal problems.
If you are looking for authentic items, I would recommend finding a distributor in your country instead, in China you will only find scams and fakes.
With bank transfers and Western Union there is no way to recover any money if they turn out to be scammers.

so I think theyre frauds, and I thnik you can also tell before losing your money by checking out theyre website, and looking at the FAQ and stuff, it's all very sloppy(note that there are no phone numbers anywhere on the site).
Greetings,
Herman
The post stating that they are a scam was written by me. I have really lost a lot of money with them.
What is silly about these guys is that they just not dissapear. After a while they answered my email and said that the shoes has been sent and gave a tracking number. It was wrong. Then they sent another tracking number. It was wrong again! And at last they sent me the third wrong number.
I think they do it to take some time and show that they are not scammer. But 2 months have passed. No shoes, no money. Now they are not resposnding my emails at all!
Ok, I got the shoes after 1 month since my payment:cool:
It's good to hear that you received the merchandise you paid for, but there also needs to be some clarification about the authenticity of what you received. It would be helpful if you could also confirm that these are not authentic Nikes.
Real Nike manufacturers are not allowed to sell authentic Nikes direct. They're bound by contract.

Yes, it will all be fake, you can't import real Nike's from China. You might want to read this too:

This company, based in China not only markets cheap replicas of Nike shoes as the real thing. They will even rip you off on the number of shoes they send. My son was victimized to the tune of $450 Us for 5 (supposed to be 12) pairs of Nike shoes which turned out to be worthless (and I do mean worthless) replicas.

Hi, just thought I'd add my two cents to this conversation. I've purchased large orders of shoes on several different occassions from nike-sneakers.com. I've even spoke with Danny over the phone. I'm sure that like any other business, they have their share of unhappy customers, but they've never wronged me. And as far as the guy that said they would be counterfeit, you may need to do some research yourself b/c I've found them to be good quality shoes with no signs of being fake. The company is located in China, the same place 95% of American goods come from.

Thanks for your post, newguy84. You refer to nike-sneakers.com, whereas the domain related in this thread is nike-sneaker.com (no 's'). Assuming you made a typo, allow me to make a few points here.
They are using a brand name (Nike) illegally in their domain name(s) - it is hosted in China, which is why they can get away with it. Nike do not authorize any external supplier to use their trademarks.
Their primary method of payment is Western Union - no legitimate company, supplier or otherwise, will use this method as a) it would be detrimental to their account audits; b) there is every likelyhood that tax evasion is being considered, and c) Western Union themselves strongly advocate that their services should never be used for commercial or business transactions, sales or purchases.
They use hotmail and gmail (free, anonymous webmail) accounts as their enquiry contact points.
The US Contact Number on the price listing page traces to a residential address in Salem, NC.
As you say, most of the shoes and accessories sold in the US are manufactured in China and the Far East, however, these are specially done so under licence. The same licencing conditions stipulate clearly that selling these items is strictly forbidden in China.
Prada have 10 locations in 7 cities in China... why would they allow someone else to sell their products at less than half price? The same goes for Nike and the other brand holders allegedly sold by nike-sneaker.comResearch is information, and information is obtained by asking questions. From questions asked, the conclusion of that research is that these are counterfeit. Importing counterfeit goods into the USA from China is illegal and may land any importer of such goods with a heavy fine and jail time, as well as seizure of the goods concerned.
One further point; as has been mentioned on other threads here, anonymous posts that endorse a supplier already having been called into question, should be treated with a certain amount of caution.

They didn't scam me
I beg to differ, and state that "yes they have scammed you"; You just don't realize it yet. Following on from FW Admin's post, if you have resold the illicitly imported Nike fakes, you are also scamming your customers if you advertise them as genuine. In short, you are commiting a felony and may be liable for a visit from "The Man". ;)

There is no site at nike-sneakers.com
If you mean nike-sneaker.com, here's another pretty good hint they're not in an entirely legal line of business:
http://www.nike-sneaker.com/Shoes/NikeShoes.htm
If you can not clearance the customs, the shoes will take by customs in your country. but if you pay more 6usd/pairs for insurance before our shipping, we will clearance the customs for you, so you just need stay home for wait shoes arrive.
And I meant you can't legally import real Nike's from China as an eBay trader or small business. If you can be 100% sure those are authentic, you should probably keep very quiet about it unless you want a few lawsuits. The factories in China that produce real Nikes are of course not allowed to export on their own to anyone they choose. As others have mostly pointed out already ;)
But of course it is far more likely that what you received is fake, perhaps fairly good fakes at best. And some of these counterfeiters seem to deliver or scam people more or less at random, Putian is especially infamous for it.

Hello everybody, I am writing from Chile to denounce to the website nike-sneaker.com. 3 months ago I payed U.S. $ 1000 in pairs of shoes and not all arrived. To Danny, who is in charge of sales, I have sent proof of payment and does not want to respond by pairs that have not yet come and never sent, because this is not a loss, Danny did not send all the pairs. I advise not order products of this website because you are dealing with scammer and irresponsible person like Danny.

mago82, I'm sorry you where scammed, but we prefer if users do not post duplicate messages as that unnecessarily uses up our resources.
And it's not needed. nike-sneaker.com has already been exposed as a scammer.
