It's not a good idea to deal with Yahoo email addresses, to pay through WU, deal with a Putian fake shoe company, or import counterfeit items in general which is even illegal. Even if they deliver (and with a Putian shoe company that's 50/50 even for the "real" fakers) you could get your items seized by customs and destroyed, and face legal action from the company that owns the brand...
