How do i cancel my account in FreeLotto:com?

I wonder if somebody could tell me how to cancel my subscription in FreeLotto.com. (wasting money every month for nothing)

I was trying to follow the steps, they describe in there FAQ's, but it does not lead me to any place,where i can cancel my account.
I am under the impression, they dont wonna let me unsubscribe from that stuff.

i really would appreciate, some advice, eventually from somebody, who was in the same situation.

I have never personally paid for Freelotto's subscription service, but my research indicates that some users have had to actually cancel the credit card being charged in order to stop the charges.

I would suggest trying less drastic measures, first. If the directions at http://www.freelotto.com/LottoPicker/subscribe_faq.asp don't seem to be working and you cannot email customer service there directly, contact your credit card company. Speak to a live representative at the toll-free number and tell them you need to dispute charges. They may allow you to block the charges if you explain that you have tried to cancel the service and the company has been non-responsive. You may need to supply proof by postal mail that you have attempted to cancel the service and the company won't comply. Googling for "Freelotto" and "charges" will point you to a lot of other consumer complaints about being unable to cancel subscriptions.

If they won't allow you to dispute the charges, then pursue getting a different card number issued.

Should you feel they engage in deceptive marketing or you have been billed for service after cancellation or prevented from cancelling service, please report them to the FTC, the Better Business Bureau and perhaps the New York Attorney General.
